For All Services:  Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled session: The amount paid will be forfeited. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: Your payment will be applied to reschedule for a new date, subject to availability. Please note that rescheduled sessions must be for the same service originally booked (e.g., an Energy Block Reading and Clearing cannot be applied toward an Intensive). We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule, so we can accommodate your request. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
